Our Grade 5 class has been exploring the wonders of science this term, hands-on! They had fun experimenting combining different materials to release gas, and then using balloons to see the true effect and how big the balloons grew! They also had the opportunity to design and assemble a project at home, evaluating and thinking critically about to achieve the desired results. They had a blast displaying their masterpieces at school – from balloon rockets, paper aeroplanes and windmills, to superhero signals, marble runs and even handmade hats. Their creativity and innovation was mind-blowing. Well done Grade 5s!
