The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Be committed, dynamic, and self-motivated
- Be creative at setting up discovery learning opportunities
- Have a suitable qualification and a SACE Registration Certificate
- Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Possess good organisational and administrative skills
- Be skilled at facilitating learning with a diversity of learning needs
- Work collaboratively within the respective department
- Be available and willing to support functions when required
- Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Be willing and able to partake in co-curricular activities
- Be proficient in computer skills
- Be innovative in the use of technology to enhance learning
- Be able to teach a lesson as part of the interview process if required
The following competencies and knowledge will be an added advantage:
- Grade 00 experience
- The latest innovative approaches to teaching, thinking and learning
- Reggio Emilia Approach, Curiosity Approach and Zones of Regulation
