As part of last term’s Fairy Tales, Folk Tales and Fables Thematic Experience, the Grade Ones used their sentence building and handwriting skills to formulate wonderful storyboards for the ‘Little Red Riding Hood’ fairy tale. They each, independently, wrote a few sentences and then these were sorted to cover the Beginning, the Middle and the End of the story. A great way to practise story-recall and focus on the various story writing processes.
