Lakes Off Road Festival
Amy Williams achieved 1st place in the Off Road Triathlon (200m Swim, 7km MTB Ride & 2Km Run).
Pine Lake Triathlon and a MTB 20km Race
Jason Campbell’s results are as follows:
MTB 20km race – 1st overall in 45 minutes
Sprint Triathlon – 1st overall and 1st Junior male (53 minutes – distances: 500m swim, 13km MTB cycle & 3km trail run)

Kendra Underwood: 4 x 1st places
Jordan Bendon: 1 x 1st place, 1 x 3rd place and 1 x 4th place
Andrew Vedder: 1 x 2nd place and 1 x 5th place
Burger van Niekerk: 2 x 1st places, 1 x 3rd place and 1 x 4th place
7th Eden Gala

ATHLETICS
SWD Athletics Trials in Oudtshoorn
Morgan Watson came 1st in her 400m race and 3rd in the 800m race.
Caitlin Quinlan came 2nd in the 90m hurdles at the SWD Athletics Trials.
