These three swimming stars have recently taken the plunge – Ockert Kok, James Devine and John Tanner entered their first Eden Gala, held in Oudtshoorn last Friday, achieving outstanding results between the three of them. They participated in the 25m freestyle and 50m breaststroke. Arriving early to find the pool “green” and 50m in length, they remained undeterred and swam some great races. I am so proud of them.
