Surreal sculpture

At Oakhill we understand that art encourages creativity and imaginative thinking, two skills that are increasingly linked with long-term professional success.

The Grade 9 “surreal sculpture project” is designed to force children to engage in out of the box thinking and can help them hone their creative problem-solving skills. They used air drying clay to create works that are original and unusual combinations of both animate and inanimate things.
