Our Grade 1s have been loving their Oakhill@Home Distance Learning and as part of their Thematic Literature Adventure (or Unit) they have explored and critically investigated all sorts of FAIRY TALES, FOLK TALES and FABLES. They expanded on their learning by being super imaginative in one of their Storytime Meet sessions.
After listening carefully to “Thrasscot’s Fairy Tale” each child was inspired to illustrate their part in the special Oakhill story as read by Mrs Frost. Using their literacy skills they have created their own unique and beautiful storybook.
