The Grade 3s did an oral presentation with visual media this week. Their theme this term has been about delving into the wonderful world of books, and for their orals the pupils were encouraged to choose a non-fiction book of interest to teach to their classmates. They have been focusing on learning to read and now start touching on reading to learn … What a wonderful array of topics! From the evolution of flight, to the mysteries of the Bermuda Triangle, to fun fantastical hobbies, interesting insects and animals and tasty chocolate and ice-cream treats. Oh what fun we have in the Foundation Phase!
