Honouring Mandela Day

Honouring Mandela Day

This year Mandela Day was celebrated a little differently due to social distancing restrictions … The College continues with an ongoing drive to collect tins of food for people and animals in need, and some families also opted to spend 67 minutes in their personal capacities to do something of benefit for all, such as picking up litter in our town and surrounds. Some of the Prep pupils also made 67 Thank you Notes to staff on campus, to say thank you for all that they do for our school. A little different from our normal 67 Minutes/Mandela Day activities, but still something special to mark the occasion.

“It is in your hands to make a better world for all who live in it.” – Nelson Mandela
