The much-anticipated Oakhill Staff Play “Babka without Borders” certainly didn’t disappoint! On Wednesday and Thursday evenings a jam-packed school hall lapped up the hilarious antics of our College and Prep teachers.
Featuring teachers only, the play was set in “The Harmony Café” – a quaint bistro straddling the border between two Eastern European countries. Peaceful coexistence, fostered by the common love of babka, was shattered by the declaration of war between the two countries. What happens next was full of mayhem, subterfuge, hilarity, love, and of course, babka!
Many thanks to Pioneer Drama, and to all involved for the time and effort they put in, over and above their day jobs!
