The Grade 10 Dramatic Arts students kicked-off their most recent academic module on Commedia Del Arte with making their own stock character masks. They used material masks and added details with clay, which will be painted in the next phase. Each student will create a physical theatre performance with their mask as we explore the different physicalities of these stock characters. It is wonderful for the Drama students to experience the full scope of the creative arts from the props to the performances. We look forward to seeing their masks “in action”!
