CAT Olympiad

Alex Katergarakis, Grade 12 student participated in the first round of the Applications Olympiad (Open Category) on 10 May 2022. There were 4387 participants for Round 1. The top 10% of candidates (436 students) were then selected for the second round, and Alex Katergarakis made the cut. He participated in Round 2 and was one of the 15 finalists selected for the third round. Unfortunately he had to withdraw from Round 3 due to unforeseen circumstances. We are very proud of his achievement. Well done, Alex! The Applications Olympiad is a challenge promoted by IITPSA for students who take Computer Applications Technology (CAT). The participants have to solve a number of problems using Microsoft Office applications.
