Well done to Michaela Millar on many hours of hard work spent in creating the impressive photo collage of Nelson Mandela. This was a Rotary project where the seven Interact Clubs of Knysna worked together to go out and take photos of the elders and of bright colours. All were submitted to Oakhill’s head of the AV Club, Michaela, who then put the grid together into the photo of Madiba.
This was on display at the Rotary District Conference at the beginning of May and the canvas will be auctioned off at the upcoming Rotary golf weekends. Funds raised will be donated to the Interact Clubs. Zane Pretorius from Canon, who drove the project, is pictured with Michaela.
