In Social Sciences the Grade 7s have been learning about the Kingdom of Mali and the great Mansa Musa. In researching some of the artifacts that were uncovered, the pupils then proceeded to make their own replicas of these clay sculptures, using the Oakhill kiln for the very first time. They had great fun in the process, producing varied and striking creations.
