Yoga for Mind, Body, Spirit and Fun!

Our younger grades have responded very well to the introduction of yoga this past term. Mrs Wolf always makes it meaningful and fun, and for this session she used the theme of the ocean while the children explored Ocean Day and World Environment Day in their academic tasks. Here Mrs Wolf demonstrates some ‘ocean’ yoga poses, encouraging exercise and movement while reinforcing a very beneficial mindfulness practice!
