World Book Day

What a wonderful, interactive World Book Day at Oakhill!

It started with a letter from the Grade 3’s, wishing me a wonderful South African World Book Day and in the words of Dr Seuss:  “The more that you read, the more things you will know!  The more that you know, the more places you’ll go.”

Yes, Dr Seuss, how right you are!

And then the Grade 7s read stories to the Little Oaks and the Grade 4s read stories to the Grade 1s. The Grade 6s read stories to the Grade 3s and the Grade 5s read stories to the Grade 2s and everyone was so happy.
