Three Oakhill Prep athletes performed very well after selection to participate in the annual Eden District Athletics Championship in Oudtshoorn this past weekend. Hannah Bridge (U12) was placed 1st in shotput, Chanelle Barnard (U13) placed 2nd in the 1500m distance run and Coel Trollip (U11) came 3rd in long jump. They have qualified to represent SWD and participate in the Western Cape Athletics meeting from 2 – 4 March in Oudtshoorn. This event qualifies athletes for Western Province colours to participate in the South African Championship later on this year …
