This morning Little Oaks children experienced the joy of giving when volunteers from ‘Babies and Need’ came to collect an array of teddy bears that were loving knitted by Little Oaks moms, extended family members and friends. For those not familiar with Babies in Need, this local foundation is run solely by volunteers and has the aim of providing basic requirements to moms and babies at the Knysna Provincial Hospital. The gorgeous teddy bears go to the hospital as a treat to the babies and tots in the children’s ward.
