Six Seattle stores in the Garden Route, represented by their best latte art barista came together at our newly branded Hungry Oaks tuckshop and coffee shop last week. These six baristas competed for the title of the best latte artist, decided by four judges, one head judge, two visual judges and one technical judge. The challenge was on to find the best artist!
The idea of the Seattle Latte Art Champs evolved from a team-building perspective to create fun opportunities between baristas from different areas to further motivate them to create new latte art ideas. And, they did! The winner of this region’s barista art finals will now compete with other winners from different regions around the country. We look forward to seeing how well our local winner represents the Garden Route.
