Our Grade 3s wrapped up the term by consolidating their Habitat and Ecosystem theme with a guided nature walk at Pledge Park, literally on Oakhill’s doorstep. The pupils appreciated the fresh air and learnt more about the indigenous plants and trees in our area. They also completed an outdoor scavenger hunt, searching and collecting a variety of nature’s wonders. A pitstop at Steers for a tasty ice-cream marked the end of the adventure and a fun way to close off the term!
