Little Oaks has been focusing their learning engagement on our Town, our Country and our Continent this term, with a special celebration on Africa Day of Africa and Southern Africa. Our beautiful Southern Africa adorned with mountains and valleys, rivers and oceans, forests, animals and bird life in abundance! The people of Southern Africa and the food we grow and prepare and eat together.
They celebrated by wearing clothes representing our countries, displayed artworks they created, sang and danced together. Teachers and staff shared their African story through story, dances, music and song complimented by traditional food, kindly provided by parents for everyone to merrily feast on.
Our Africa and our South Africa, they is so much to be celebrated!
