Oakhill held the 3rd Annual Golf Festival in the Garden Route playing the courses of Plettenberg Bay Country Club, Goose Valley and Simola Golf Course.
The weather was fantastic and the Golf of the highest order as the teams competed for the relevant trophies and prizes.
The Oakhill team consisting of Lawrence Wiid, Jarred Wels, Joshua van der Merwe and Todd Walker played some fantastic Golf eventually winning the Oakhill-SwingFit Golf Trophy for the winning Stableford Team.
Other highlights included the over winner on his Gross Score going to Tiaan Strydom from Bridge House. Dainfern College won the Sportsmanship Trophy for displaying the best sporting values throughout the Festival and Bridge House won the Trophy for the best Gross Team of the Festival.
A huge thank you to SwingFit and Terri Pautz for their extremely professional organization and running of the Festival and we look forward to hosting a field of a 100 or more golfers in 2015.
