Oakhill is collecting non-perishable food items in partnership with KILT for their soup kitchens as part of our citizenship initiatives in honour of Nelson Mandela.
We encourage Oakhill families and friends, past and present to donate into the KILT Food Bins. Other than the bin at school, you can also find the KILT food bins to donate into at Soca and Food Lovers Market.
Recommended items to donate are: Tinned Veggies, Tinned Fish, Samp & Beans, Mealie Meal, Lentils, Barley, Soup Mix, Pasta, Rice and Oil. Our students will help distribute these items next week. Please support this meaningful infrastructure to assist those in need!
