Congratulations to Noah Habib in Grade 6, for his participation in Africa Triathlon Champs last weekend where teams from South Africa, Zimbabwe, Lesotho and Namibia took part. In addition, there were also some top elite athletes from all over the world competing in the Elite section.
Noah came 9th in his age group in his Supersprint, comprising of a 500m swim, 10km ride and a 3km run under incredibly hot conditions! He took on this tough race as one of the youngest in his category competing against 12-15 year olds.
Well done Noah on this great achievement! We look forward to hearing about future events as Noah proudly represents Oakhill and Eden!
