Nailbiting finish for U13 cricket

Monday saw a great game of cricket taking place against Greenwood Bay at the OSC. They say ‘cometh the hour cometh the man’, and Luca Nigrini really showed this to be true. Needing six runs to tie the match off the last ball and the crowd watching in keen anticipation, Luca proceeded as calm as can be to clear the boundary ropes, resulting in loud cheers and laughter around the field. If someone asks why we play cricket, it is to experience moments such as this. Well done boys on a great match!
