I am enjoying my South African lifestyle so much that I don’t really want to go home. Oakhill is very different to my school in Scotland Gordonstoun. Gordonstoun’s campus is quite large, and sometimes is quite difficult to get to classes on time. Oakhill however has quite a small campus so you can never have the excuse to be late. I think that Oakhill is quite a unique school. It feels as if you are at boarding school yet you are not. I am staying with the Tait family. They have been more than kind to me for welcoming me into their home. It actually does feel like I am at home in the house with two younger brothers. Also one of my highlights of my trip so far is the people I have met. I have made so many friends in all grades and I know that when I do leave they are the people that I will miss a great deal. I am looking forward to the excitement and the enjoyment of the rest of my trip and I am sure I will make even more friends by the time I leave.
