Mom and Dad Dress Up Day

Mom and Dad Dress Up Day

What do our Moms and Dads do all day? The children of Little Oaks had a morning of busy-ness as they engaged in a variety of everyday experiences typical of what their parents may do in a day….

They arrived dressed to imitate Mom and Dad mini-me’s. They were issued bank cards to take to the ATM to draw some money, tap or insert their cards as they paid their way through the morning.

The Office had children working on laptops, stamping documents, signing papers and having lengthy phone conversations. The Tea Garden was a good place to connect with friends and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed rooibos tea, especially after a visit to the Salon where mani’s and pedi’s were thoroughly enjoyed. The Spar shop was constantly re-stocking it’s shelves as stopping off for groceries to collect everything on the shopping list was very important. Before setting off home, the Take-Away had everyone’s delivery ready for collection on time.

It goes without saying that at the end of any day, we know that our Moms and Dads have been very busy indeed, and we have an appreciation for all that they do for us. We love our Moms and Dad!
