All you see around you was part of a dream that he transformed into reality and the memorial garden has been designed and built by those who worked with him and are committed to seeing his dreams come true. We will miss Phil, but he is alive in the sounds of the kids who play on the fields. He is alive in the sound of the wind in the trees he planted, and he is alive in the beauty of the gardens on the banks of this small dam ….”
