This morning we commemorated the Knysna Fires of 2017 by “going green” and focusing on the renewal and regrowth since the fires, as well as re-committing ourselves to caring for and appreciating our beautiful environment. Pupils and staff had fun dressing in green, and Prep teachers prepared a day of ‘green’ discussions and outdoor activities. One of these was planting a little spekboom tree in a degradable container, which the pupils took great delight in being able to take home to replant in their own gardens ????
