One of the most exciting events on the Grade 4 calendar is the outing to Eco-Ed in the Harkeville forest. For more than ten years, Oakhill has visited the Old Coach House, something that was sorely missed in the last two years due to COVID.
Thankfully, the 2022 Grade 4’s had the privilege to join the Eco-Ed team and experience Environmental Education at its finest. Through obstacle courses, shelter building, decorating the Forest Gallary, and touring Eco-Ed’s natural history museum, the children learnt about the importance of preserving the natural forest and our environment for future generations.
