Dillon and his staff directed us through the “Journey of the Fish”, explaining the entire process from the boat to the counter and the till. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We came away with a pamphlet about sustainable fishing, after which there were many enthusiastic discussions regarding looking after our natural resources and eating the fish off the “green” list.
However, we still want to know where fish fingers come from?
