Grade 3 students recently visited Scarab Village in Sedgefield and spent time learning how to make “personal” handmade paper. They found it particularly interesting that many different things can be added to the process in order to obtain texture and colour and that Scarab’s special “elephant dung” paper is certainly unique! Thank you to Andre and his team for accommodating us and the great learning experience. The Grade 3s can’t wait for very own pieces to be delivered.
