Grade 3 students celebrate Arbor Week

Thank you to the Pitout family who in celebration of National Arbor Week kindly donated five indigenous Combretum erythrophyllum (River Bushwillow) trees from their Fisantbosch Tree Nursery to Oakhill. These trees will form a grove on the bank at the top of the school overlooking the lagoon. Rebecca Pitout is joined by her fellow Grade 3 students at the planting marking this practical and symbolic gesture of sustainable environmental management.
