The Foundation Phase Celebration of the Joy of Learning took place on Thursday 26 November, and this year’s theme was ‘Our School is Cool!’ Alexa Frost lead the proceedings and each Grade 1, 2 and 3 student was individually acknowledged for their efforts, strengths and unique qualities. Only one trophy is handed out in this Phase, and is awarded to the Grade 3 student who showed true endeavour in all that they did during their Grade 3 year. There were two recipients this year – Conan Marais and Liam Nelson.
