Ryan Shearer knocks a ton against Plettenberg Bay Primary! On Wednesday the 26th of February Oakhill School hosted Plettenberg Bay Primary at their new sports campus for a T20 Cricket fixture. Plett Primary won the toss and bowling first got two early wickets. Ryan Shearer stepped up to the wicket and began his mammoth innings in which he scored a century. Ryan has made us extremely proud over the past couple of years, representing the u/11 South Western Districts provincial side at the National Cricket week in Port Elizabeth. Ryan has been playing cricket from the age of five and truly has a natural talent for the game. Ryan scored 96 runs for the Sports School within four days of scoring his hundred for Oakhill. It was a wonderful all-round performance from all the boys providing an exciting game of cricket and showing that cricket is healthy in our region and is growing in strength at Oakhill.
