Fathers’ Week

Fathers’ Week

Always a highlight on the calendar, the week preceding Father’s Day is filled with very special moments with dads and their children. The popular Dads’ Breakfast was a warm and congenial event on Tuesday 11 June, following in the tradition of many hearty breakfasts at Knysna Hollow.

On Thursday 13 June, Little Oaks celebrated Father’s Day by building blocks together with their dads. With the emphasis on teamwork, creating and building, dads designed and constructed some super towers, mobile units, planes and monsters with their children. This special evening was finished off by building their own burgers and enjoying a meal together.

Oakhill Prep pupils followed by having a blast on Friday, 14 June, at our annual Father’s Day Soccer event. This is always a highlight on the Prep calendar, with laughter and smiles in abundance!

Many thanks to all the fathers, grandfathers and friends who were able to attend and enjoy our Father’s Day events!
