Oakhill’s Grade 7s shared a heartwarming and significant milestone together with their parents and teachers as they wrapped up their Prep School journey at a formal dinner at the beautiful Simola Hotel on Thursday, 16 November. This truly special and memorable occasion hosted by Head of Prep, Mr James Cross is a joyous celebration of the pupils time together and the lifetime bonds formed.
This year’s theme was ‘Words’. In keeping with tradition, Mr Cross carefully crafted his speech to personally acknowledge each pupil for their own unique attribute or behaviour that signified their individuality, as well as their contribution towards the whole of this wonderful group.
It was an affirming evening filled with much joy, gratitude, friendship and laughter and a fitting send off to our Grade 7s. We wish each of the Grade 7s everything of the best as they undertake their next chapter in College!
