Excitement is building for the upcoming Tyres, Takkies & Turf Adventure Day! The annual Tyres & Takkies fundraiser has taken a slightly different angle this year with simplified offerings and some new events …
- TYRES – The Tyres event, a firm favourite over the years will be a short technical Cycle appropriate for 13 years and older only.
- TAKKIES – A special adaption of the Takkies event is the Oakhill Rainbow Run – a first for Knysna with the very popular colour run powders bringing a splash of spring colour for all to enjoy, whether walking or running!
- TURF – There is a new addition of the Turf aspect which takes the form of 7-A side hockey. We are looking forward to this element of the day as it will allow for some great mixed-team hockey to end the season.
- TOURNAMENT – The younger members of families have been catered for with a round robin of games and activities for children aged 4-9 years in The Champs Tournament.
Registration is open at the School Tuckshop from 1-3pm on Friday, 4 September and 1-5pm on Friday, 11 September. For your ease, satellite registration will also take place on Friday, 4 September at Buffalo Bay after the Prep Spring Walk. Payment can be made in cash or on school account.
