The AGM for The Oakhill School Association will be held on Wednesday 12 March 2025 at 18:00 in the Oakhill School Hall.

The agenda and previous minutes will be shared with the members two weeks prior to the AGM.
*Notes
- Every Member of The Oakhill School Association is entitled to receive notice of the annual general meeting. (A Member means a parent whose child/children are enrolled at Oakhill School. Each family enrolled at the school shall be entitled to two votes.)
- Every Eligible Member of The Oakhill School Association is entitled to vote in person or by proxy at an annual general meeting. (An Eligible Member means those Members whose tuition payments are not in arrears by more than sixty days as at the date upon which any vote is taken.)
