For the artists, ceramicists, photographers and sculptors, we would especially like to appeal to you and CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS. If you are an inspired artist yourself or have artist contacts that would be able to donate their artwork – please let us know. We encourage and invite all artists whether an amateur or well-known to please donate miniature artwork of any medium for this fundraiser. There will also be a selection of miniature art pieces from our Oakhill students on exhibition for sale.
Art submissions are to be maximum of 10cm x 10cm and to be signed on the back. Deadline for submissions is Monday, 8 May 2017. Art pieces can be handed in at Oakhill Reception or at Deckle Edge – the art supplies shop in Knysna that is kindly supporting this initiative. If sending from further afield the artwork can be posted to the school address.
