The College Performing Arts Department blew the audience away last Friday with their spectalar show “Legends”. Set as a happy tavern atmosphere, parents and students were treated to renditions of superstars such as Cher, Adele, Billy Joel, The Eagles, and many more! The real superstars however were the performers in the show, showcasing acting, dancing, solos, duets, band compilations and incredible instrumental talent! Two hours of entertainment flew by, with audiences eagerly requesting encores at the end … even getting Head of School, Mr Jannie de Villiers, on stage to sing – much to the delight of all! The audience left the hall jubilant and inspired about the incredible variety of talent that exists at Oakhill.
