Our Prep Chess team took a trip to Trinity Primary for an exciting afternoon of Chess. our team was looking forward to their first chess fixture since the long holiday break, loaded with excitement and eagerness to play the afternoon was enjoyed by all. The understanding that Chess is a game of strategy and thinking ahead, it is also a great way to get pupils to think about other people’s perspectives and how to solve problems in a way that respects the needs of others, is the driving force behind the importance of chess in our sporting curriculum. we love seeing our chess team grow week after week. We are looking forward to the rest of the Chess Season.
