Anelia Schutte’s ‘For the People’

Yesterday our College pupils were privileged to listen to Anelia Schutte talk about her new book based on her childhood in Knysna during the apartheid era. Her book, For the People, is written through the eyes of Anelia’s mother, Owéna – a white woman who worked tirelessly for the black people of Knysna and found herself swept up in their struggle. Thank you Anelia for sharing your important story with us!
