Congratulations to our 2022 Matrics! Our Class of 2022 has achieved some wonderful results, both individually and collectively. Once again our Matric group have achieved a 100% pass rate, as well as a 100% Bachelor’s Degree Pass.

Top 1% of candidates per subject nationally

Ashley Cairncross, Francois Hay, and Jaco Olivier performed in the top 1% of candidates in individual subjects nationally and we congratulate them wholeheartedly on this remarkable achievement. Ashley placed in the top 1% in History, Francois placed in the top 1% in Afrikaans First Additional Language, while Jaco placed in the top 1% in Afrikaans First Additional language, as well as Life Sciences.


Outstanding and Commendable achievements nationally

Jaco is recognised by the IEB with an Outstanding Achievement for placing in the top 5% nationally in six or more subjects and achieving a distinction in Life Orientation, and Francois is recognised with a Commendable Achievement for placing in the top 5% nationally in five or more subjects, also with a distinction for Life Orientation.


We congratulate Josie Bebington, Nina Bebington, Ashley Cairncross, Alexandria Gaylard-Ralfe, Kyla Hanton, Taya Hanton, Francois Hay, Jaco Oliver and Thomas Seddon who achieved an aggregate over 80%. Nina, Ashley, Francois and Jaco are also recognised with Academic Honours (over 80% maintained in Grades 10, 11 and 12).

Justien Kieswetter completed the Trinity Music Grade 6 Theory and Grade 7 Practical as an additional subject, achieving 70%.

15 other students achieved either one or two subject distinctions.
